#10: Learn how to grill.

Miiiiight have to take the easy way out on this one. You see, I know live in New York City, so the only outdoor space connected to my apartment is the fire escape. No room for a grill out there. Not to mention, it's not legal to have one there. It's not directly stated in my lease agreement, but since there is mention of "No plants and/or laundry are permitted on fire escape" I'm guessing a grill is assumed.

Before I moved, I managed to perfectly flame "easy-cheesy" (can we get a patent, here please) burgers. So, #10: CHECK.
